Our Story

We are a group of like-minded healthcare providers that feel there is a need for a personalized one on one approach to providing care.  Our model is a patient-centered, in home, team-based health care delivery system led by an experienced well qualified health care provider to offer comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients seeking to obtain superior health outcomes.

We believe that as our population ages there is a need to meet the infirm where they reside.  We can offer the right care, at the right time, and at the right place (at home).  Studies have demonstrated that home care reduces unnecessary hospitalizations saving all stakeholders financially while increasing holistic wellbeing for better patient outcomes.

Home based healthcare has had a long standing in the United States. In the 1920s in the United States, three-quarters of providers were general practitioners. By the 1980s, that had dropped to less than 1%!
