Not at this time. We are currently providing homebound visits.
What is considered a homebound visit?
Medicare considers you homebound if: You need the help of another person or medical equipment such as crutches, a walker, or wheelchair to leave your home, or your doctor believes that your health or illness could get worse if you leave your home.
Where do you currently provide care?
We currently provide primary care and acute visits in senior living facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and patients' homes.
